GBC - America's Kick-Ass Blues Rock Band

Bassist/Producer Mick Stover was a founding member of the legendary LA Blues Rockers “BB Chung King and the Buddaheads, a band with which he toured Japan, the US, and Canada, sharing bills with Johnny Winter, Pat Travers, Great White, Robin Trower & the great BB King. Onstage he has performed with many of today’s great guitar heroes, such as Slash, Ernie Isley, CC DeVille, Dweezil Zappa, Philip Sayce & Joe Bonamassa.

During his storied career, Mick made friends with countless Rock & Blues players, and when he founded his Gentlemen’s Blues Club in 2005, he invited a number of his old associates to join up. Besides ex-band-mate BB Chung King (a.k.a. Alan Mirikitani), he also recruited longtime friend “Dirty” Dave Osti, another ace guitarist/vocalist, and another dozen or so elite-class Blues Rockers. This array of formidable inner-circle musicians include keyboardist Teddy ZigZag (Guns n Roses, Alice Cooper, Slash), drummer David Raven (Iggy Pop, Keith Richards), as well as guitarists Philip Sayce (Melissa Ethridge, Jeff Healey. Uncle Kracker), Frank Simes (Don Henley, Mick Jagger, Roger Daltrey, David Lee Roth).

Their 1st album, Shotgun Wedding, was released to critical acclaim and was embraced by radio audiences in Europe & North America. Bolstered by this success, Mick & GBC issued their 2007 sophomore effort, entitled Longhorn Honeymoon. Riding the wave of their booming popularity, in 2008 Mick & the boys came out with Red White and Blue!, featuring the powerful Biker-anthem, Harley Davidson® Red White and Blue.

Complimenting these exciting album is a compelling and unforgettable live show. From the initial licks of the opening intro riff to the emotional climax of the inevitable encore, each Gentlemen’s Blues Club concert is a no-holds-barred celebration of Blues-Rock energy. Every time they perform, GBC makes good on their promise to put on a high-energy, jaw-dropping, take-no-prisoners performance that leaves audiences proclaiming “These Gentlemen kick ass!”

MICK STOVER - Production / Bass / Guitar / Vocals / Songwriting

Mick Stover is an American bass workhorse and award-winning martial artist who has toured Japan, the US and Canada with BB Chung King & the Buddaheads sharing bills with JOHNNY WINTER, PAT TRAVERS, GREAT WHITE, ROBIN TROWER, & the great BB KING. He has played onstage with many of today's great guitar heroes, such Slash, Ernie Isely, CC DeVille, Dweezil Zappa, Gilby Clarke, Philip Sayce, and Joe Bonamassa. Mick is the driving force behind Gentlemen's Blues Club. His tasty production has crafted the throbbing & addictive Power Blues sound that has made GBC one of the premier Blues Rock band of this millenium.

"Dirty" DAVE OSTI - Vocals / Guitar / Songwriting

Dave Osti, vocalist extraordinaire, is also one of the most Soulful Guitarists on the planet. He may be legitimately labeled a master songsmith, having written over 1,000 songs! His raw, aggressive talent is beyond description... He will wear you out with his hi-energy rock songs, then sooth you back to life with his smooth acoustic masterpieces. Dave recently signed a solo record deal with Grooveyard Records. His debut major release, Voodoo Guitar, was released worldwide in early 2010. Dave has followed up that successful release with 2 studio albums and a live CD.

TEDDY "Zig Zag" ANDREADIS - Hammond B3 Organ / Piano / Keyboards

Teddy ZigZag is LA's "first call" Hammond B3 Keyboard player. He toured with GUNS & ROSES in their heyday (including their infamous Wembley Stadium performances in England) Ted played extensively with CAROLE KING & SLASH, and recently completed a national tour with ALICE COOPER. A renaissance man of many talents, Teddy also plays a mean blues harp and has been featured in numerous movie releases & TV productions. DAVID RAVEN - Drums / Percussion

Drummer, Producer, Actor David Raven is one of the most sought-after drummers in Los Angeles. His album credits include IGGY POP, RICKY MARTIN, DREAD ZEPPELIN, BOBBY WOMACK, The SURFARIS, The MEAT PUPPETS, and his own personal project The MOJO MONKEYS. He is featured in the “Off-Broadway” smash, MUTAYTOR.


AL "BB Chung King" MIRIKITANI - Vocals / Guitar / Songwriting / Engineering / Mixing / Mastering

Grammy Nominee Alan Mirikitani has been a West Coast Blues icon since 1988 when he masterminded the now legendary BB CHUNG KING & THE SCREAMING BUDDAHEADS. He has toured all over the US, Canada, Europe, and Japan, spreading the "GOSPEL OF THE BLUES". BB always blows your mind and shows you why they say he has "SOUL FROM DEEP DOWN IN THE HOLE!" His modern trio incarnation of THE BUDDAHEADS can be found on BB appears from time-to-time as a sideman in SLASH's solo band. His mixing genius and superlative musicianship can be heard on all 3 of the GBC albums.


West Coast virtuoso Frank Simes is one of the tastiest guitarists in the industry. He has recorded, toured, and co-written songs with such artists as MICK JAGGER, THE WHO, ROGER DALTRY, DON HENLEY, STEVIE NICKS, and DAVID LEE ROTH. Raised in Japan, Frank has performed with legendary musicians, including PAUL SIMON, PAUL McCARTNEY, STEVIE WONDER, ROGER WATERS, JACKSON BROWNE, BONNIE RAITT, and STING. In 2000, Frank was a double Grammy nominee with Don Henley.

PHILIP SAYCE - Guitar / Vocals

The JAN 2006 Edition of GUITAR PLAYER MAGAZINE praised Philip's "Chewy drop-tuned riffs, wiggy bends, sassy wah, singing feedback, and waves of blistering, Fuzz Face-soaked leads". Originally from Wales via Toronto Canada, Phil tore up the L.A. scene, then tore up the US and the world. He has toured, recorded, and performed with such greats as MELISSA ETHRIDGE, JEFF HEALEY, UNCLE KRACKER, and DOBIE GRAY. Philip has appeared on Live Earth, The Oscar Presentations, JAY LENO, DAVID LETTERMAN, GOOD MORNING AMERICA, and received a standing ovation at THE 2005 Grammy Presentations as the featured guitarist in the Melissa Ethridge Band. His debut American solo CD "Peace Machine" is also available on CD Baby. Here's a recent quote from "I just got home from an exciting European tour with my amazing band. Thank-you to everyone who came out to our first shows and made them all so successful. Our 2nd Euro tour is now being booked for May 2010... Are you ready!? The new album is completed, the follow up to “Peace Machine”. It will be released in Europe first, in early 2010 on Provogue Records. Joe Travers has drummed professionally since 1993, touring and recording in a variety of projects Zappa-related, as well as touring with DURAN DURAN (1999-2001). Over the years he has played live with folks such as Lisa Loeb, Carnie & Wendy Wilson, Warren Cuccurullo (MISSING PERSONS< DURAN DURAN), and Rich Robinson (THE BLACK CROWES).


Michael Leasure has the jaw-dropping technique & stage presence that few drummers dare to follow. A long-time friend of Mick Stover & Dave Osti, his powerful performances on the "GBC Collector's Edition" CD live tracks leave no doubt that Michael is one of the premier West Coast skin pounders. He gained national notoriety while touring with EDGAR WINTER and PHILIP SAYCE. Michael currently records and tours around the globe with the iconic blues legend WALTER TROUT.

CARL "Jah" HAASIS - Guitar

Living legend Carl "Jah" Haasis is an original founding member of the infamous DREAD ZEPPELIN and veteran of countless World Tours. His explosive signature guitar licks can be heard on dozens of the most listenable albums ever recorded, and his tasty production skills can be heard on albums by THE KEEP, DRASTIC PARTY, and many others. Dave Ferrara is a seasoned studio veteran & road warrior who has been touring constantly since his teens. His hard-hitting, take-no-prisoners approach to life & music has earned him numerous awards & kudos around from the planet. Originally from Philadelphia PA, Dave plays over 100 tour dates across the country and around the globe every year. He is the backbone of HERMAN'S HERMITS, featuring PETER NOONE. In his rare spare time, Dave has also pounded the skins for several high-energy outfits, including THE RODEO CLOWNS, EARTH AT NIGHT and SABERTOOTH.


THE JUMPIN JACK BENNY BLUES BAND is one of the most entertaining acts in the music industry today. BENNY CORTEZ himself brings his signature all-out, in-your-face performance to the stage, while smoking hot guitar work from TONY “Fingers” NARANJO explains much of the growing popularity of this group. Combining elements of Traditional Blues, Soul, Funk and R&B, their audiences can't help but get up and boogie as they are left mesmerized by JJB's performances.

The rock-solid hard-hitting drum phenom ERIC TICE, one of Mick's closest friends, provides the slammin' backbeat for many of JJB's live performances and recordings. He also tears up the stage when he channels CHARLIE WATTS with STICKY FINGERS, the world-famous ROLLING STONES tribute act, with GLEN CARROL (MICK JAGGER) and Mr. Stover (BILL WYMAN).
